Trinity Lutheran Church in Stonewall, Texas, would love to welcome you into our community of faith! We’ve been a beacon of light in the Hill Country for nearly 120 years. We are affiliated with the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC) movement. As such, “we view the local church as the place where people in the community come to get connected with God and one another.” And, we celebrate the differences in people which produce in us our own unique strengths, skills and talents. We would love for you to join us on Sunday morning and become a part of our family.

Our church is located beside Ranch Road 1 and the Pedernales River, just off Highway 290 in Gillespie County. Our congregation traces its history to 1902.
Our members engage in a wide range of ministries including prison outreach, quilting for charity, and providing meals for the homebound.
We offer Sunday School classes for children 3-12, youth 13-18, young adults, and older adults led by our pastor. Our teachers strive to bring the word of God and His love to our classses.
I am so excited you have found our website and church! As you learn about us, I pray it will show you who we are about! Trinity exists to worship God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
As you look around, I hope you will see the amazing love God has for you and us through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We want to invite you and your family to join us in worship, Bible Study, Sunday School and in relationship. We are a place that has received the Grace of God and want to share it. A place where you can come as you are, hear Jesus’ love right where you are and be sent with the message of the Gospel into the week!
If you have any questions or want to learn more, please contact me. Hope to see you soon!
I have the privilege of serving as President of the Church Council at Trinity Lutheran Church of Stonewall. The Council supports the mission and ministries of our church, striving to create a place where all are welcomed, encouraged, and strengthened in faith. We are grateful to serve alongside our pastor, staff, and members as we work to sustain a vibrant and faithful church community.
At Trinity Lutheran, we seek to share the joy and hope we have in Jesus Christ. Our desire is that everyone who walks through our doors or visits us online experiences a genuine sense of belonging and care.
If you would like to learn more about our worship services or church family, we would be glad to connect with you and answer any questions.
We look forward to welcoming you in person and growing together in faith.
